Wow - talk about thin skinned. Even I was polite! ;-) I think you nailed
it, Sonny - he didn't like being told that he couldn't advertise his
auction on this list.

And as to the statement "When I 
was shooting Leica users were always the nicest of all the pros."

Seems he was unhappy with the answers. But I don't think Brian answered 
him.  I did.  I wish if he had some decent stuff he would post it 
Friday, but he probably won't, cuz it is already on ebay. At least he
asked.
