I concur with B.D. Perhaps someone neutral should pull the curtain back. This person should not be doing business around here or anywhere. And take it to small claims court, make it public record.

Mark - Given Joseph's experience and yours, might I suggest that it is
time to post this person's name on the LUG as a warning to all LUGers,
rather than continue to protect him by only revealing it on a 'need to
know basis' - which really means 'after you've been burned?'

I had a similar experience with the same individual three years ago. He
advertised a couple of 'mint' lenses on the LUG but when they arrived,
they were full of haze and were certainly less than mint. He refused to
reimburse me for his inaccurate description/repair costs. I lost a few
dollars, but learned a lesson about this person. He lost a lot a lot
more.
