Subject: [Leica] A selenium cell is swell.

The same goes true for all of my selenium meters. I also have a bunch all
of which are working fine. One trick to keep them alive is to keep them in
total dark when not in use.

I have a slew selenium cell meters: four Norwood Directors, several Weston
Masters (I II and II), and a Zeiss Ikophot. Some of these meters are over
fifty years old and still function perfectly. All have been serviced and
calibrated by George Milton at Light Metrics in Hollywood and not one has
been diagnosed with a "worn out" selenium cell. The only selenium cell
meter I own that is not wholly accurate is the one in my Rolleiflex 2.8E --
which is too bad.
