I finally zeroed in on this coffee as the very best taste for my palate, it
is organic, from family-owned farms, and the workers are paid well. That's
all I know about it other than it is still analog and very GOOD! When
coffee goes digital, I'll switch to tea!

"Panama Boquete is a superior Central American Coffee. Panama Boquete
coffee is grown in the Boquete region, just south of the border with Costa
Rica. Boquete coffees are produced from trees of the traditional typica
variety organically grown in shade. Owning to the predominance of
traditional shade-grown varieties, Panama Boquete coffee displays more
complexity and distinctive character than coffees from neighboring Costa
Rica. A Boquete coffee from small family-owned farms that produce the truly
distinct, unique coffees. Employing N?gbe Indians who will come to the
coffee farms to work under some of the best wage standards and work laws in
Central America. "

A good cup of this in the early morning Leica light is a joy to behold!
