Try Modernage, an old standby.  They know how to handle film.  If you want a
particular developer, you will have to specify it.  Their standard developer
(dip & dunk?) enhances the graininess of films like Tri-X.  They have a
couple of locations in NYC; a call to information in 212 should get you the
number.  They will print your contact sheet in-house instead of sending it
to another state (!).  Good luck.
