Repairing the meter of your M5 is the utmost in simplicity: write a
check for about $250, attach it to your camera, mail it to Sherri K.,
and attach a letter saying FIX PLEASE.

Sherri will probably send you a bill for MORE MONEY PLEASE and then all
will be well.  :)

You should have been here last week. It was the Zeiss-Ikon forum.

It hasn't been histrionic lately. I expected a outpouring of who won the

debate talk, but I think we are actually all so tired of hearing our own

bullshit, it finally has been reaching an extinction phase........

Leica hasn't been coming out with many new innovations in the preceding 
year. So we SHOULD be talking about techniques, books of images,
galleries 
of images, and how to get the meter on an M5 repaired. We SHOULD.
