Rei,

The 75mm is a Summilux, not a Noctilux.

I have this fast lens not only for available light photography in dark 
situations, but for having a lot of bokeh at daylight too, and I don't 
think I'm strange because of that. I do not agree that this lens should be 
used with dark backgrounds only - what a silly limitation!

And I dont believe the Summilux is usually vignetting.
