Hi crew,

This is completely of the wall from Leica. However many of us, Canadian's
and American's have and will use our Leica's for Thanksgiving celebration
pictures. Canadian's already and the southern side of the border shortly
next month.

The reason this topic is here it's because an American friend asked me, "Why
do Canadian's celebrate Thanksgiving? As it's an American tradition
regarding the landing of the Pilgrim's many many years ago."

What was worse was I really didn't have a clue other than it was something
about our fall harvesting, but nevertheles I didn't have a solid answer.
However, look at this websight and here's the answer for both our southern
cousins and I bet a great number of Canadian's who thought we did it because
we followed the Americans. Well read on. :-) If your curiosity is peaked.
:-) :-)
