Greg -

I'm back from Cape Cod and NY and catching up on e-mail.  I don't think 
anybody answered you on this - I haven't found the answer in the list 
anyway.  Bicubic sharpen should be used for downsizing.  For upsampling, 
you need to use Bicubic smooth.
