There may be two versions of the 19/2.8, but mine works fine with the 
Novoflex adapter.  I use it all the time!  I had read, too, that the rear 
element was too deep, but someone else suggested trying it, so I did and 
I've never had a problem.  There is plenty of room for the mirror to flip 
up.  The 19 gives you about a 30 with the 1.6 multiplier.
