[Leica] Leather Binding

On the other hand, I had two hymnals leather bound here in eastern 
Massachusetts for a little over $100 each. Nice job, but no gold leaf. 
Hand-made endpapers. Certainly hand binding can run to considerably more 
than what I paid, but could also be less.
