I dug out some older negatives to test my new scanner and learn how to use
the new(er) Photoshop (I just updated from 5.5).

The first two have always made me sad. I did a lot of work in the
"projects" in St. Louis back then. The paint on the ceiling was falling
down and the baby was eating the lead paint chips. Social services were
there to move the child from its mother. In a desperate attempt to
satisfy them, the grandmother was called in to explain the baby could stay
with her.
