Subject: [Leica] First digital camera for my son?

Eric,
Two things, watch the auction site that shall not be named for used 2 MP
cameras. If a major chain advertised Nikon Coolpix 2200 for $99 over
Thanksgiving then you know that digicams have come way down in price.

Second, disposables are really recyclables. These things get reloaded
and sent back out on average more than three times before they get so
beat up that they get tossed.

Your son would probably be thrilled to get a disposable of his very own.
Just make sure you process the images quickly so the feedback comes
quickly.

thanks to everyone - but I am looking for a <$40-50 digi cam, one
button,
durable camera!
I think they exist..

Buying a bunch of disposable (the word alone gives me shivers..) cameras
is
prob best.

Eric
