Err.... what's wrong with loctite? Just loctite your adapters on and 
never think twice about it.

Really, many of us don't like that CV is moving towards M mount on 
many of their  newer lenses. The LSM mount is more flexible and 
allows us to use our old Leotaxes, Niccas, Canons, and other LSM 
cameras.
