After looking closer at my SL, I noticed something strange. The top
plate is black chrome, the bottom plate is black chrome, but the metal
trim on the back door and the corresponding metal trim on the front
looks like black enamel. The back door release on the left end is black
chrome, but the hinge on the right side is black enamel. Weird. Is
anybody elses black SL like mine?
