The same Hong Kong company (I forget the name XYZ Holding) owns both
Hasselblad and Imacon. They bought Hasselblad for the name, so they could
tack it on to new technology.

Hasselblad can't even afford to keep their office space. It's not up for
sale, because they don't own it, but they're trying to get out of a lease.
You don't need much space to hold the letters "H" "A" "S" ...
