[Author Prev] [Author Next] [Thread Prev] [Thread Next] [Author Index] [Topic Index] [Home] [Search]Tina, you can't tell me this, not now that I've been brain washed and bashed into thinking I have to "learn" to see in b/w and zones and "curves" ;-) I think in some ways, the intimacy of your work allows you the freedom to concentrate on the "intimacy" in the viewfinder, but as I said in a previous post, I think adding colour into an image "can" require thought. Too many confusing colours makes for a confusing and less striking image. Having said that, there is a lot to be said for Ted's KISS. Photography needs to be an instinctual process if you are to capture "decisive" moments, and you cannot afford the time to be considering technical factors. I am thinking of posting a series of my images where its good thought no cigar. Great I'll catch him running between the head stones :-( oops missed by that much!!!.
