Subject: [Leica] New Haven LUGGERS

I thought I sent the following message last weekend, but I received emails
asking me for a report, so here I go again. If I'm repeating myself, please
forgive me.

Last Friday on a rainy, rainy afternoon, several New Haven area luggers
welcomed Karen Nakamura back to the Elm City. She had studied here in the
past and has returned to Yale.

We all met at Koffee on Audubon. Ken Frazier drove down, John Lee took the
train up from New York City, and I came over from the clinic a few blocks
away. Eric B from Tamarkin was invited, but could not make it.

I was surprised that three of the four of us had M7s with. I would have
expected more exotic gear. I had the new 28mm asph while Ken had a 35
summicron asph and Karen the Zeiss 2.0 35.

Karen and Ken had other commitments so it was only John and myself who
braved the rain to go to Pepe's for world-famous pizza.

We may meet again and if we do I'll post a message on the lug.
