For some reason, I'm losing e-mails: I suspect most of them are being 
filed in the junk folder of my "mail" programme on the mac, but the 
loss seems to be random. Any thoughts or comments on how I can stop 
this very embarrassing leakage? I keep having to ask for re-sends. The 
last e-mail was headed

???????? ????

But I can't find it anywhere now
