Hi Eric,
  In my experience the Bronica RF is very hand holdable in low light 
because it has no mirror and because it has a central shutter. Hardly 
any vibrations at all, even less than a Leica M. Combined with the large 
handrip, 1/30th is not a problem at all, 1/15th is really feasible and 
slower is oke now and then.
