Sometimes yes. Sometimes definitely no. Depends what you buy & when you buy
it.

For example, I recall HK dealers selling, oh, the MP Classic kit for over
$6K initially. Today one can get the same item from a stateside dealer for
nearly $2K less.

Caveat emptor, as always.
