While I agree the general idea I'm not so sure about this point. K  
process always was ruinous, and hard to justify economically since  
the E-6 reached the high level of quality achieved in the late times,  
they were planning quitting it out the shelf long before there it was  
a digital option or sales were diminishing significatively.

Agfa demise sounds like financial engineering to me more than a real  
bankruptcy, but who cares?
