Ah, but unlike the competitor from Rochestor, even after restructuring, Fuji
made money.  Just like modern management theory, if you are not 1 or 2 in a
market segment, you are going to fail in that market.  Fuji is number 5
world wide so they will have to rethink their offerings.  Fortunately, the
paper and chemistry business from all the Frontiers out there give them time
to hopefully figure out a winning strategy.

Kodak's major hope is the continuing success of their kiosk business.  For
them the ribbon and paper is just like the old film business; a profitable
razor blade sort of arrangement.
