Jeffery,

How about shipping some distilled water to NO?  I have access to hundreds 
of liters.  I just weighed a 20 liter jug and it is 50 lbs.  USPS for 50 
lbs, 5 day parcel post to NO, is about $30.00.  I can scrounge up a proper 
jug and the water itself is free.  Let me know, I'll make the arrangements.
