Integrity of the photo is beyond any reasonable doubt: he was the  
only Alcoy militian who died that day in that battle according the  
war archives, he was identified by another member of their unit, and  
by his brother that was also there (althought he don't saw him die),  
the date and place stated matches the archives and the unit  
testimonials. The fallen solider was Federico Borrell Garc?a and the  
identificacion was positive comparing it with the family archive. Too  
many coincidences to be faked, perhaps some aliens sorted the clouds  
to match? :)

Mr Gallagher arguments are flaky and contradictory, and a long  
discussion about this topic can be found in the face to face book fo  
those who are interested
