IMHO, the deciphering is part of the fun. The green draws
the eye to the doll/dummy.  The perspective isn't clear due
to the narrow DOF.    First, is looks like some odd dominatrix
thing, with foreground model imperiously looking down at a
(kneeling? prone?) submissive green-wigged woman. Then
you see it's a dummy, and then you note the baby/cradling
relationship.

That's my 2 cents on a viewer phenomenology anyway.  It's
creepy on a few different levels - I like it :-)
