In these days of "follow the money", you think not paying your income taxes on invoices paid from the US on work in the US is a good idea? Especially since you will be going back and forth across the border with real immigrations officers looking for bad guys. What you need to know is that a bench warrant can be issued for not paying a parking fine. If you come into the US, immigration looks for warrants. If they find a warrant for you, you get free room and board courtesy of Uncle Sam until the matter is resolved. Pay the taxes, don't play games.
