I think they depict the real thing, too. The first time he posted  
them they were part of a
PDF product sheet that looked like every other product sheet Leica  
hands out.
Then he cropped them out and re-posted them as you've seen them.

I'm just saying that there may be a chance that these depictions were  
generated
via computer instead of a softbox and 4x5.
