[Leica] Replacement for the C86 printer with Ultratone (carbon) inks

C88?  How about the 220 with Roark's 6 ink set?

My C86/MIS setup has been clogged for quite some time, and
I don't have the energy to deal with it right now. I've been
printing BO on EPSG with a 2200 and have been pleasantly
surprised with the results.
