Gee, whenever I missed the "Decisive Moment", I blamed my technique,  
not the camera.  All this time, I could have been blaming the  
camera's shutter lag.  ;-)

The only way I have been able to catch moving children, now  
grandchildren, with AF, is to pre-focus, then release at the  
"Decisive Moment".
