Thank you all for the information on my 135 non AI Nikkor. I now want to see
what a used Nikon D body will set me back- Supposing its not a budget
buster, I will have the lens converted, providing he is still in business,
 by "Paramount" on West 30th Street in NYC. This guy is not only good- he is
reasonable and has serviced my cameras for years. I would like to think he
is still doing it. By the way, the reason I have even considered doing this
is after looking at Nathan's results with his new Canon 135.  But then,
Nathan would do fabulous work with a pin-hole- vroger
