RAW as far as I understand it is all information from the shot.  JPG is 
that information after it is processed by the camera.  I guess RAW is 
kind of like a TIFF from a scan.

I'm telling you Walt, you gotta try Neopan 400 and HC110 or D76, it is 
really nice B&W. :)
