Subject: [Leica] Vuescan and Nikon ED 5000 woes again

So settings: what is a generally good Bits per pixel, make gray from,  
Number of samples, scanner colour space, Printer colour space, film  
colour space Output colour space and monitor colour space? I've got  
Scanner built in, printer sRGB, film built in, output Apple RGB and  
monitor Apple RGB
