Subject: [Leica] Hugh's M8 issue ? Is it intentional?

In the US at least, you cannot sell an item as new if it has been
refurbished by the manufacture, even if returned to the manufacturer with a
defect. It must be sold as a refurbished item or as a demo, but not as a
new item.
