[Leica] Response from Leica on the "SD Card Full" issue

Jeffery,
Your 4GB card is an SDHC which is explicitly not supported.  To my limited
knowledge the Transcend 4GB are the only non HC in that size.  Which may be
one reason some of your cards are misbehaving.
