There are a goodly number of meanings of "Red" that have nothing to do with 
color.
And a black and white photo of an angry person, about whom you could say he 
is "seeing red", would be perfectly acceptable. I was quite disappointed 
that only one of the 81 entries did a proper riff on the word "red":

and even that one had some red color in it.
