Subject: [Leica] M8 and 75 Summilux, the DAS study

Ok. Been testing the 75 Summilux with an M8. Seems like a pretty
steep learning curve so far.

Without my asking suggestive questions, can users of this camera and
lens combination comment on the following:

1. Any techniques that tend to make the focus more accurate (aside
from using a magnifier)?

2. The general imaging characteristics of this lens (i.e., what
classic lenses, if any, have you observed it resemble; do you have
any greater or lesser need to apply sharpening)?

3. Any observed variance in focusing accuracy with distance?

Thanks!
Dante
