No, it's a model that has a variable soft focus adjustment. They only 
made it for a very short time in the 80's. I've never seen another 
one.

It's an f/2.8, quite compact and close focussing, and is very sharp 
when the soft focus ring is turned down all the way. At f/2.8 and 
maximum soft focus you get the effect seen in the picture of Michael.
