I own a whole host of firearms.  I most frequently use a 1911 style .45 
for USPSA competition (Kimber Super Match).  I do, on occasion, also go 
hunting for various critters but I do that less and less nowadays.  As 
far as acquisition goes, I probably inherited about half of what I own 
now.  Anyway, I find gun ownership an excellent way to confuse my 
fellow democrats.  Several of my friends hated guns until someone 
actually took the time to take them to the range and teach them the 
proper and safe way to do things.  I've converted quite a few that way.
