I tried very hard to find a good sample of a Jupiter 50/1.5 lens, for that Sonnar look. I finally ended up getting a Contax IIa with 50/1.5 Sonnar in fairly decent shape. I later found a 50/1.5 Sonnar in Leica LTM mount, but the metal in those lenses was really bad (corroded aluminum). So I jumped at the opportunity to get the recent 50/1.5 Sonnar in M mount.
