Hi Dick,

It didn't bother me, but seeing this version: the sunglasses don't  
bother me either. I'd just rework the reflection, probably size, and  
sharpness of them, because now they seem a bit 'placed'.
In such an edit, I'd prefer the 'glasses included' version: it is  
true that for a moment, when first looking at it, I noticed her  
closed eyes. It didn't bother me, but since the theme of the picture  
is 'one boat beatifully driven by a team', it distracts a bit, since  
you individualise the crew.
