This requires super specialise macro stuff as 5mm square to such a  
huge print is extreme. Most 35mm systems have special lenses for  
this. The simplest is the Canon 65mm macro, all the others I know of  
for this magnification need bellows. A tripod will be essential  
because of the tiny depth of field, flash will probably be  
effectively essential too.
