Its easy - all participants send a bunch of prints (equal to the number of
participants) to a stipulated person, by an agreed date, who then in turn
arranges these into sets and sends a set back to each participant. Postage
charges are reimbursed at actuals, and the labour comes free. In the LUG
exchange the point man keeps changing, Leo Wesson handled the last round. As
far as the Digital B&W exchange goes, it is run by Tom O'Connell.
