Mathew,

I have most of the books you list, the Lens Compendium by Puts is quite good 
for current and past lenses.  I would recommend all of them.  They all have 
their merits and reasons to have in your photo library.  You can sink quite 
a bit of cash into the whole set, so you may want to pace your purchases.
