Do any of you out there use the "M" setting, at least for interiors?  Maybe
since I'm used to estimating exposure with meterless cameras, I shoot digital
on manual most of the time, especially indoors.  This way I don't have to
second guess the "brain" to keep the values on the subject consistent, no
matter if there are lights in the frame, or a dark background,  etc.  Much of
my work is in unchanging light, so I use the histogram to confirm my choice 
of
settings.  I hate having to use buttons to hold exposure for each shot.
