Slobodan,

I'm in a luckier position with the 89 740 wagon that my wife won't part with
because she loves the way it drives and feels safe in it. While the wagon
only has 63,000 miles on it, it, too, requires some care. Twenty minutes
from my house is a combination Volvo salvage yard and maintenance shop. Old
parts are readily available and the owner and mechanic are very knowledgable
when it comes to Volvo. We bought a 2007 V70 last year, but the 740 will be
around for a while.
