Methinks you all think too much. I think a little more trusting the instinct
will work wonders, whether painters or photographers or equity traders.
Charlie Parker's dictum that you learn what you can about your instrument,
then forget what you know and play holds equally true for photography - in
which case, the equipment and method (film vs digital) used is irrelevant.
Otherwise, your photos are bound to be derivative, and not very  original.
