I bought my (Manley) husband some from Magellan - travel briefs of
some synthetic material that dries overnight. He refers to them as
his "panties" ;-)
In India the men wore dhoti - one long piece of cloth with no
underwear. They looked very comfortable to me, but my husband
refused to try them.
