Under Sharpening there is the Masking feature. Open a portrait, zoom in so you see subject's eyes. Hold Option(Mac) or Alt(PC) while adjusting the Masking feature. The image will go black but you can view detail in the eyes, adjust the masking as you see fit. I made a preset with masking set at 70. The eyes really "pop" out. My 2 cents for tonight.
