Dear Alastair,
Disappointed that you and Helen won't be coming to visit Hong Kong  
this time but delighted that you have chosen Bali. Should you need a  
good car and driver by the day please email me privately. Glad you  
are taking the M6HM out for exercise - my two M4's have had one film  
through them in the last year - and that's all!
